At 40, after exploring various roles—academic researcher, business strategist, educator, and teacher—I reached a turning point. I quit the conventional path and used my diverse experiences to start my own business. I was done making excuses for not going to the gym, so I turned my lifelong passion for fitness into a profession, becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. Along the way, I also published a book that became an Amazon bestseller, finally submitted my PhD in Education, and embarked on a new chapter of my life.
