As a student, ADHD presented me with some real challenges. From scattered thoughts in high school to overwhelming deadlines at university, I know firsthand how tough it can be. But here’s the thing – those challenges didn’t define me. Instead, they fueled my determination. Not only did I graduate, but I went on to complete a PhD in Education. It wasn’t always easy, but it taught me the power of perseverance and finding strategies that work for my unique brain.

My ADHD journey led me down many exciting paths. I’ve always been a bit of a renaissance soul, with interests ranging from digital productivity hacks to fitness (I even became a NASM certified personal trainer!). This quest for reinvention and growth has been key in helping me navigate life with ADHD. I’ve learned that our multi-passionate nature can be a superpower when we learn to harness it.
